RollSharp™ Knife Sharpener

Features

To use:

1. Hold the Rollsharp knife sharpener firmly on a counter surface, and place the knife blade inthe guide slot.

2. While pressing the knife firmly against the ceramic wheel, sharpen the knife by moving the blade bakc and forth about 10 times.  Extra strokes may be necessary if knife is dull or edges are damaged.

To clean: Lift transparant cover to rinse away any debris on the blade or ceramic wheel.  The Rollsharp knife sharpener is fully dishwasher safe.
