Used to celebrate as the bride and groom exit to leave for their honeymoon, sparklers are making an appearance at more and more weddings these days. Creating beautiful packets for holding each guest's sparklers is easy yet yields impressive results using a few Fiskars tools. Add some stars created using shrink film and creating the packets is as much fun as playing with the sparklers!

1. Using the Desktop Rotary Trimmer, cut a 8 1/2" x 6 3/4" rectangle from patterned paper. the long side may need to be adjusted to accommodate the length of the sparklers.
2. Punch one of the short ends of the rectangle using the Apron Lace Border Punch.
3. Fold the rectangle into approximately thirds, lining up the punched border to create a nicely aligned top. Apply adhesive along the seam and adhere. Using the Twist & Flip 2-In-1 Corner Punch, round the bottom corners. Fold the bottom up approximately 1 inch to create a flap.
Adhere the flap to the envelope.
4. Using fabric and vintage trims, embellish the envelope as desired.
5. Stamp a heart from the Punch Love – 4 inch X 8 inch stamp set onto fabric using The Good Silver Pigment Ink. Cut this out using the No. 8 Razor Edged Scissors.
6. Punch a scalloped heart using the Extra Large Scalloped Punch : My Funny Valentine and adhere it to the fabric strip. Adhere the heart from step 5 to this.
7. Using the Extra Large Twinkle Twinkle punch, punch 3 stars from a piece of shrink film. One at a time, using a heat gun, shrink the stars . They will appear to be ruined as they shrink but will regain their star shape as they get smaller.
8. While still warm, sprinkle silver embossing powder on the stars, leaving some uncovered areas, and melt with a heat gun. Use a strong adhesive to attach the stars beneath the fabric strip.
The pouch is now ready to be filled with sparklers!
