Instructions:

1. Measure front of book and cut a piece of silver cardstock the same size as front cover starting in front of spiral rings.
2. Use the Heart Border Punch to punch along the right side.  Lightly sand all edges and adhere to front of book.  
3. Measure a strip of lavender cardstock the length of the book and about ½” from either side of the silver paper.  Adhere to silver. 
4. Cut a silver strip just slightly smaller than the lavender and use the Filigree Texture Plate and emboss entire piece.  Lightly sand embossing to highlight embossing.  Adhere to lavender piece. 
5. Use the ScrapBoss Embossing System and the Themed Romance Stencil Set and emboss two wedding bells out of the lavender cardstock. 
6. Use the Micro-Tip scissors and cut around embossing about 1/8” away.  Cut a loop at the top of each bell and punch a 1/8” hole through each. Lightly sand all embossing. 
7. Thread a strip of white net through holes at top of bells, tie on two wedding bands and tie in a bow.
8.  Adhere bells to front top of book with foam mounting tape under one of the bells to give dimension. 
9. Place a piece of silver ribbon at the knot of the bow.
10. Glue jewels across the front of the bells. 
11. Use rub on letters to create a sentiment or title for the book and rub onto lavender cardstock.  Cut into a block and sand edges.  Mount sentiment using foam mounting tape to lower front of book. 
12. Tie assorted ribbon through each ring on the spiral binding on the edge of the book.
