  • Required supplies:
  • White cardstock
  • Green cardstock with a white core by die Cuts with a view
  • Green Wash patterned paper by Colorbok
  • Thank You rubber stamp by Stampendous!
  • Green stamping ink
  • Large white button
  • ¼” green grosgrain ribbon by Offray
  • White crochet thread or string
  • Sandpaper
  • Foam tape

Instructions (Print version)

  1. Create a 4” x 4” card from white cardstock. 
  2. Cut a 1” x 3 ¾” piece of Green Wash patterned paper and adhere to right front of card making sure to leave a small white border of cardstock showing around edges.
  3. Cut a 3” x 3 ¾” piece of green cardstock with a white core.  Place green piece face down and use the Rug Texture Plate and Texturing Tool to emboss. (Tip: A piece of green cardstock could be embossed before cutting to size.  Also tape piece in place to texture plate and define embossing with a stylus if needed.)
  4. Lightly sand embossing to reveal white inner core.  Adhere embossed piece to front left of card making sure to leave a white border of cardstock showing around outer edges. 
  5. Place a piece of green grosgrain ribbon around front flap of card over where seams of green paper meet. 
  6. Thread a large white button with white string and adhere to ribbon up about 1” from bottom of card.
  7. Stamp sentiment with green ink onto white cardstock. 
  8. Use the Ultra ShapeXpress, Craft Mat and Squares Shape Template to cut the sentiment into a 2” square. 
  9. Adhere sentiment to front of card with foam tape.
