Take a terra cotta saucer and transform it into something beautiful with floral paper designs and soft scallop edges. This photo frame is the perfect gift for a gardener or someone who will appreciate the material that you crafted this unique photo décor from.

1. Use the Fiskars Craft Hand Drill to carefully drill two 1/8” holes into the side/lip of the terra cotta saucer (for hanging).
2. Cut a strip of patterned paper 1” x 12” and then trim along one side with Cloud Paper Edgers (taking off as little paper as possible).
3. Mark every ¾” on the straight side with a pencil down the entire length of the strip. Snip at each mark with Micro Tip scissor about ½” into the strip.
4. Snip about 1/8” in to the strip at each low point on the scallop side. These cuts allow the strip to work with the angled design of the saucer.
5. Use a strong adhesive and adhere the strip around the inside lip of the saucer. When it is in place, use your fingertips to bend each scallop towards the edge of the saucer.
6. Cut photo into a 3” circle; adhere to a bit of purple patterned paper and trim around the photo with Scallop Paper Edgers.
7. Add a 3” circle of chipboard to the inside of the frame with foam squares (this is because the bed of the saucer is not completely flat and you need a flat surface to adhere your photo mat to).
8. Add flowers and pearl accent to the frame with hot glue. Stamp the back of the frame with the scalloped journal stamp design; write a message or date/identify the photo.
