Follow sketch to arrange 4x6 photos. Adhere a strip of patterned paper below the photos and a different pattern below that (cut with scalloped Paper Edgers).

Add smaller photos as shown, adhering with foam dots for dimension.

Add title, journaling and hearts as shown in sketch.
