- Adhesive: Fiskars Tape Runner
- Label Template: Avery 5095 2.3 x 3.3 name badge Computer font: Arial
- Card stock: Bazzill Basics Primary Rainbow Pack. Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple
- White smooth card stock
- Stickers: DCWV Small Alphabet stickers and the A+
- Dimensional alphabet stickers -Debbie Mum, creative imaginations
- Eyelet: Jo-Ann Scrap Essentials
- Key chain

Cut out tags using the Jumbo template in assorted colors. Set the 3/16” eyelets to create a hole in the tag.

Make the cover by attaching the stickers.

Using a label template in you computer, type the names of the Children, Teacher name and Class. Print on White Card stock. Trim each Piece of paper with name to a measurement of 2.5” x 3.0 “. Tip: Don’t want to use a computer? This would be a great way to record your child’s handwriting by having them do the journaling.

Attach the white card stock to the Tag.

Trim the Wallet size photo using the Pinking paper edgers. Attach photo to the tag.
