Party Hat
1. Cut a 12" half circle from pinstripe paper. Fold around and staple to create hat base. 2. Punch oval out of white cardstock and adhere to front of hat. 3. Hand-cut the number 5 from patterned paper. Ink edges and adhere to center of oval. 4. Punch hole on each side near bottom to tie elastic string or ribbon.
Invitation
1. Punch oval out of white cardstock and freehand cut slightly wavy line through middle to create top of cupcake. 2. Freehand-cut bottom of cupcake using pinstripe cardstock. 3. Adhere cupcake to card base of folded black cardstock as shown, and randomly add brad "sprinkles" to icing. 4. Add wording to pink paper by hand, computer, or stamps/rub-ons/stickers. Ink edges and adhere to cupcake base with foam adhesive.
