• Required supplies:
• Shape Template tool- Leaves 1
• Fiskars Tape Runner
• Night light with a self-adhesive shade
• Fabric of your choice (slightly sheer)
• Decorative trim
• Black paper or card stock
• Hot glue gun

Instructions (Print version)

1.      Cut the fabric to match the pattern that comes with the shade. Adhere the fabric to the shade.

2.      Hot glue the decorative trim to the top and bottom edges of the shade.

3.      Cut out three black leaves with the Ultra ShapeXpress. The model was created with two dogwood leaves and one mulberry leaf.

4.      Fold each leaf in half lengthwise. Snip small triangles in each leaf with the largest part of the triangle at the fold. Cut away the fold between each triangle to create a vein in the leaf.

5.      Tape the leaves in a random pattern on the inside of the shade.
