My little guy put on a terrific Mother’s Day performance at school last year!  I thought these photos might be a great opportunity for me to try out Fiskars’ NEW Noteworthy stamps!  This set has a little bit of everything....journaling shapes, brackets, phrases and more.  Here’s a really simple sketch using Heidi Grace Designs Only Time collection with cropped vertical 3x5’s and a 4x6 where I used the stamps to create a monogram accent, to further embellish a chipboard accent and to stamp a bracket that highlights the beginning of my title.

  • Heidi Grace "only time" paper, rub-ons, stickers, punchboard
  • other: cardstock, ink, pen, computer font- cricket

Instructions (Print version)

1. Cut 9 ½” x 10” piece of yellow cardstock and adhere to 12x12 background page ¼” from the left.
2. Cut ½” x 9 ½” piece of Décor Stripe paper and adhere below yellow cardstock.
3. Cut ¼” x 10” piece of pink patterned paper and adhere along right side of yellow cardstock.
4. Use Threading Water Punch on green cardstock; trim to ½” x 9 ¾”; and adhere along top of yellow cardstock.
5. Arrange photos on the page as shown.
6. Cut ½” x 5” piece of Pinstripe paper and adhere next to bottom left corner of large photo.
7. Stamp bracket and apply rub-ons, chipboard letters and cardstock stickers for title.
8. Embellish title with Dimensional Flower Stickers.
9. Squeeze Punch XL circle; apply chipboard; adhere to bottom right of page; and stamp phrase.
10. For monogram accent, stamp scalloped journaling circle on blue patterned paper and trim with scissors.
11. Use Ultra ShapeXpress and Circle Shape Template to mat stamped image on green and white cardstock.
12.  Trim white cardstock with Scallop Paper Edgers and adhere to upper left side of page as shown.
13. Embellish around accent with rub-ons and use pen to create flourishes.
14. Add journaling and other embellishments as preferred.
