Instructions (Print version)

For Duo-tone Trim:
1. Create a duo-tone trim with 2 pieces of cardstock and the “Elegance” border punch. Following the guide, punch continuously along paper’s edge. (Do not break away the extra strip.)
2. Layer the punched paper over a contrasting color of cardstock for a duo-toned effect. Measure the depth of the lid’s lip and cut cardstock papers into appropriate widths. Adhere strips together, and around hat box lids.

For Boxes:
1. Trace around lids & cut circles for tops of hat boxes.
2. Measure the depth of each hat box. Trim appropriate strips of paper & adhere to boxes.
Chipboard Hearts:
1. Use Fiskars Alpha Stencils & Shape cutter to cut an “X” & “O.”
2. Chalk the letters & adhere to Heidi Grace chipboard heart.
3. Punch a hole in each heart with an eyelet setter or craft drill. Tie ribbon around the hat box trio, and thread ends through the hearts. Tie knots.
