Instructions
(Print version)
- Insert plum cardstock into paper trimmer. Cut to measure 11" X 5-1/2". Fold in half and score to create a card that measures 5-1/2" X 5-1/2".
- If using ShapeBoss to secure texture plate, lay plate onto tray and secure by placing pegs through holes and into tray.
- Lay one flap of card face down onto texture plate (outside of card toward plate).
- Rub stylus across entire surface of inside of card. Remove paper from texture plate.
- Ink wedding dress stamp with silver ink. Stamp onto plum cardstock. Immediately sprinkle with silver embossing powder. Tip this piece to the side and gently tap off excess powder. Emboss using heat gun. Set aside to cool.
- Repeat for "happy wedding day" stamp.
- Carefully tear rectangle pieces from the cardstock around the stamped images.
- Using circle hand punch, punch once in each corner of dress cardstock piece. Apply silver eyelet to one hole. Flip piece over face down onto craft mat. Insert eyelet tool into backside of eyelet. Tap gently 2 - 3 times, or until backside of eyelet begins to curl. Set tool aside. Gently tap 1 - 2 more times directly onto eyelet with hammer to finish eyelet. Repeat for remaining 3 eyelets.
- Adhere foam tape to backside of both torn layers. Position onto front flap of card and secure by pressing down firmly onto areas where tape has been applied.
- Fold card in half and, using rectangle hand punch, punch a rectangle approximately 3/4" from each edge of card into spine of card.
- Cut a piece of ribbon to measure 15".
- Open card. Thread one end of ribbon through rectangle punch from inside card to outside. Thread same ribbon end through other hole from outside card to inside. Inside card, cross ribbon ends and thread each end back out opposite hole it was previously threaded through. Pull ribbon tight.
- Trim ends of ribbon at an angle as desired.
