  • sewing machine and green thread

Instructions (Print version)

1. Trim a piece of white cardstock down to 6 x 8 inches and fold in half to create horizontal 4 x 6 inch card.

2. Use the trimmer to cut three strips from Jolly & Bright Mini Dots paper, and two strips from white cardstock.

3. Cut the bottom edge of the white strips with Scallop Paper Edgers.

4. Cut the bottom edge of the front of the card with Scallop Paper Edgers.

5. Adhere a strip of patterned paper to the bottom of the inside of the card, so that it is peeking out from

behind the white scallops.

6. Alternate red and white strips going up the cards, and sew over the white strips with green thread.

7. Cut a gingerbread house image from the Jolly & Brights Gingerbread paper using the Fingertip Craft Knife.

8. Adhere the gingerbread house to the card using Foam Dots.

9. Add a chipboard heart chimney at the top of the house.

10. Add rub-ons to the left of the house that spell out "Have a cozy Christmas."
