Car Seat OrganizerClick image to enlarge Designer: Katrina Simeck If you’re like me, you could probably put a “taxi” sign on the top of your car. It seems like we’re constantly on the go…school, sporting events, shopping, etc. Of course, that means having lots of odds & ends in the car – magazines, ipods, sale flyers. Having a simple organizer to hang from the back of the seat helps keep all the car-clutter contained (and it’s super cute, too!)… Difficulty rating
Instructions (Print version) 1. Use your Fiskars Softgrip® No. 8 Bent Scissors to trim a piece of fabric (I used denim) to approximately 16” x 36”. Fold in half & cut along fold so that you have 2 pieces of fabric that are 16” x 18”.
4. Stitch to denim along sides & bottom edge of small pocket (I used a zig-zag stitch).
8. Machine stitch to upper edge of organizer (don’t worry about your stitching showing!). 9. Use one of your favorite Fiskars Squeeze Punches to punch a template from paper. I chose the That’s Amore punch. Pin template to felt, and cut out using Fiskars Non-Stick No 5 Scissors.
Now you’re ready to hang this handy organizer over the back of a seat, fill it up with all sorts of useful things, and hit the road. Happy travels!
