Blue & Purple Star Tag

Create a tag for your own star!

• Required supplies:
• Purple cardstock with a white core by Die Cuts with a View
• Blue Celebration patterned paper by Colorbok
• Just a Note… rubber stamp by Stampendous!
• Black stamping ink
• Sandpaper
• Foam mounting tape
• ½” sheer purple and aqua ribbon

Instructions (Print version)

1. Use the Ultra ShapeXpress, Craft Mat, and Tags Shape Template to cut a Jumbo (large) and Gift (small) tag from purple cardstock with a white core.  Lightly sand the edges of the tags. 
2. Cut a 2 ½” x 3” piece of Blue Celebration patterned paper and lightly sand edges.  Adhere to lower part of large tag leaving a border of purple showing around edges. 
3. Use black ink and rubber stamp to stamp sentiment to lower part of the patterned paper. 
4. Use the Star Pop Up Punch to punch a purple cardstock star and three blue stars from the patterned paper. 
5. Mount the purple star on foam tape and adhere to lower part of the large tag near sentiment. 
6. Glue the blue stars to the small purple tag.
7. Adhere the small tag on top of the large tag (tops together) with foam mounting tape.
8. Punch a ¼” hole through the tops of both tags.
9. Thread purple and aqua ribbon through holes at top.
