altered boxClick image to enlarge Designer: Becky Novacek This is just a fun creative project using paper scraps and bits of trims. All you’ll need is a box that you should be able to find easily enough at your local thrift store. The day that I found the box I used, I found several other boxes that would have worked equally well. A game box, cigar box or any other type of vintage box with a lid will work. This happened to be an old school box. I have seen paint supply boxes in the past that would be really fun to alter. The size of the box is any size you like for your space. The box I used is 7”x 12” x 2” deep. I think this project would look great on a tabletop or hanging on a wall. Difficulty rating
Instructions (Print version) Take a stack of favorite scrap papers and line the inside of your box and lid. I used a wet adhesive and allowed it to dry before layering.
