- Nautical scrapbook background paper
- Cardstocks - navy, red, tan and periwinkle
- Eyelets - (3) red, (2) white
- Decorating Chalk - brown
- Decorating Chalk - brown
- Black journaling pen
- Jute
- Photo
- Glue stick

- Using paper trimmer, trim photo to measure 3-1/2" X 4-1/2". Cut a piece of navy cardstock to measure 4-1/4" X 5-3/4". Using border punch, punch along both 4-1/4" edges.
- Cut a piece of red cardstock to measure 4-1/2" X 5-3/4". Using photo stickers, mount photo onto punched cardstock piece, and then punched piece onto red cardstock piece.
- Cut a piece of red cardstock to measure 7-1/2" X 7".
- Using ShapeCutter with Banners ShapeTemplate and craft mat, cut (2) tan pennants and one navy swag (center piece only).
- Using decorating chalk, lightly highlight along left edge of both sails.
- Tear strips from bottom of periwinkle piece to resemble water. Use photo stickers and pop dots to adhere these pieces to bottom of red cardstock piece, layering pieces at different heights for dimension.
- Using hand punch, punch 5 circles across center section of boat piece. Apply eyelets to these holes, alternating red, white, red, white, red. Flip this piece over onto craft mat, insert eyelet application tool into first eyelet. Tap on tool using hammer 2 - 3 times until back of eyelet begins to curl over. Finish eyelet by tapping directly onto eyelet with hammer. Repeat for remaining 4 eyelets on boat.
- Cut a piece of tan cardstock to measure 5" X 3-1/4", and a navy cardstock piece to measure 5-1/4" X 3-1/2".
- Using 3-in-1 corner punch, punch a star in all 4 corners of the tan piece.
- Using photo stickers, adhere tan piece to navy piece.
- Cut a piece of tan cardstock to measure 3" X 4-1/2", and a navy piece to measure 3-1/4" X 4-3/4".
- Using 3-in-1 corner punch, punch a star in all 4 corners of this tan piece.
- Using photo stickers, adhere tan piece to navy piece.
- Using ShapeCutter with letters ShapeTemplate and a craft mat, cut the following letters from navy cardstock: B, J, and (2) Y shapes. Also cut (2) O shapes from red cardstock.
- Lay the word "BOY" across larger layered star-punched section and, when satisfied with placement, adhere letters using photo stickers. Repeat with word "JOY" for second piece. (NOTE: "BOY" should be arranged horizontally, "JOY" should be arranged vertically)
- Using photo stickers, adhere all pieces to background paper.
- Journal "a baby" and "is such a" around the "BOY" page topper.
