Instructions for : stamped flower card

1. Cut two pieces of solid cardstock to 9” X 4”, set one aside.

2. Using the Compact Stamp Press, Stamp the flowers across the paper three times.
3.  Color the image with markers and pencils. Since the paper is a bit off-white, I used white pencils to make my white flowers stand out a bit.  Have fun! When was the last time you sat down and colored? Don’t worry about staying inside the lines...no one will notice if you stray.
4. Stack the two paper pieces and sew ½” from the left edge. Score the card to the right of the sewn line so the card will open easily.
5. Cut a silhouette around the flower border on the card. Don’t get too close to the image – and relax! - the scissors make the cutting easy and it doesn’t have to look perfect.
6. Lightly ink the edges of the card with a sponge and a subtle ink.
7. Print sentiment on patterned paper and cut into strips, lightly ink, adhere on front and inside.
